Omni Structures Turn-Key Case Study: Body Wrapper

This turn-key concept fixture was developed to hold appliance or office furniture body wrappers. 

The goal was to hold the sheetmetal and provide a parallel & perpendicular support structure.

The advantage of the design is the ability to adapt & adjust to any size within the design parameters and the ability to hold the part square and the sides parallel to each other.

The concept is adaptable to other configurations and sizes and other parts of similar configuration.

Contact and clamping is with S75 components mounted on XTR Caps. The main bottom frame is stable and square; the next level provides the adjustment in two directions for width and height.  The depth of the wrapper is set on the four vertical columns.
